Their process is really untrustworthy. I sent my change of deduction form several times. But, they didn't process. As a result, my salary packaging didn't work and they stll charge fee. If you submit any form by their email, call them and confirm if they receive form. DO NOT trust their email submission system. Also, after you submit and get the confirmation email, DO NOT Trust. Due to their very proor service, I paid around 20% income tax as this is my second job. They didn't check their inbox properly. Even if I received the confirmation email, they said they didn't receive it. They are a liar
