I completed my Associate Diploma in Applied Photography at Griffith University 1990-1994, working full-time at a Kodak Minilab / Imagery in Stones Corner and going to Uni four nights a week. I was completely absorbed in learning and knew instinctively that I would one day have my own studio! I have won many National and International Awards and achieved my Master of Photography in 2011.

I really pushed the boat out in the request for my photo shoot, but Katrina took it all in her stride and was receptive to all of my ideas. She was an absolute delight throughout the whole process and the end result is nothing short of stunning. We connected immediately and she captured magnificent shots that I will treasure forever.

Katrina did a wonderful job creating memories for our four generation family at a pre Christmas gathering. She has a beautiful, gentle, calm manner, and in the midst of a very busy day, with people coming and going in all directions, managed to take stunning natural photos of everyone in beautiful combinations. She is highly skilled and we will treasure her photos lifelong. I could not recommend her more highly.

We have used Katrina for family portraits on three separate occasions, both at our home and in her studio. Each time has been a wonderful experience filled with fun and laughter, from the photoshoot, to the review and selection of photos and finally when we collected our beautifully framed prints.

Katrina is an amazing family photographer - she really does capture moments in time, rather than posed photos. We have had a photo shoot with Katrina following the birth of each of our children, and we absolutely adore our incredible pictures. The photo shoots at our home were so relaxed and fun, and Katrina is the loveliest person, endlessly patient with the kids (and pets haha!).
