Absolutely fantastic, from great customer service to the cheapest rental prices. Car was only 4 years old so it was in new condition and clean when I picked it up. I organised to pick up the car from Brisbane after hours which was easy to do. I was also able to extend the rental an extra week with no issues. I was supposed to drop off the car in Brisbane but due to a lockdown being announced on short notice I had to drop off the car at Gold Coast instead. Tim and Linda were more than helpful and understanding. Definitely will be using Five Star Car Rentals in the future.

To say I am blown away by the service provided is an understatement. I have not even left for my trip yet still the staff have been immensely helpful.
I sent a query early in the morning before work and got an immediate response that was genuine and helpful, later on I needed to remedy my booking as there was a mistake and it took no time at all.
I cannot wait to get to Brisbane! I have worked in the travel industry and never once have I received service (as an agent or customer) as stellar as this.
I'd give you 10/5 stars but they won't let me! Cheers guys (Daniel especially)

We recently hired a vehicle from Five Star Car Rentals to attend a wedding on the Sunshine Coast. We found the whole set up easy amd hassle free. We were picked up from the airport promptly and dropped off at our accommodation at the end of the hire. The staff were friendly and accomodating allowing us to extend our hire on the last day without any issues. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them aleady to friends and work colleagues.

Really great customer service. You pay what you see, no hidden fees or anything. I have to say this was my best rental experience. The car was really clean and reliable. The reviews here and their name don't lie; they are actually five stars! If we ever go back to Brisbane , we'll definitely rent from them again.
Edit: Well we went back to Brisbane for a few days and rented a car from Five Star again. Everything was perfect just like the last time. The airport transfer was really helpful. Once again, thank you for the great experience!

This was, by far, the best company we have rented a car from on vacation. We followed the instructions and called once we collected our bags, and it was a very short wait for them to come and pick us up. Once there, he took the deposit and we signed the papers, then he took us outside to view the car together for damage. They were honest about what damage it had (tiny scratches) and warned us about hail being included as liable damage and that excess sand would result in a cleaning fee.
