Jon started as operations manager at the family firm in 2011. It wasn't until the year 2000 that Frankie stepped in to take the managing director role which he still fulfills to this day. Iceberg specialise in custom architectural joinery to add a wow factor to each project. We can balance creativity and practicality in order to deliver a lot of character without breaking the bank. With exclusive access to a specialist timber mill, our craftsmen are also able to create unique one-off pieces in both traditional and modern styles, with quality that survives the test of time.
Iceberg are childcare and daycare fitout experts. We have extensive experience in developing childcare facilities in a wide range of locations and surroundings. These include centres with both indoor and outdoor facilities, as well as those in more confined spaces where extra care must be taken in designing a space that will not stifle creativity and freedom in its inhabitants.
From the planning and design through to construction and post-construction phases. Iceberg has years of experience in the commercial construction space - achieving project objectives, including the management of quality, cost, time, and scope. With in-house architects and experienced project managers, our team possesses the engineering and construction experience to provide assistance from design and approvals through to post-build.

Thank you to Jon and Andy and their team at Iceberg Enterprises. I contracted Iceberg Enterprises to demolish and re-construct an attic conversion that was disgracefully attempted by another builder. Step-in / defect rectification work is extremely difficult and I must say that Jon and Andy were a blessing from God - they worked with me and my architect to complete to a very clean and professional finish, something that their work in high-end retail fit-outs and attention to aesthetics has sharpened them to do. Their experience and skills at identifying and satisfactorily resolving on-site issues

Having worked with Iceberg for 2 office fitouts in one business and 2 large format retail fitouts in another, I have a good feel for how they work. I will go back to them again and again not just because their quotes are reasonable but because they have time and again been a saving grace when things go awry. Particularly with my retail fitouts, Jon and the team were extremely helpful in navigating the complexity of getting all the "ticked boxes" from the numerous parties involved in getting things done - councils, center management, certifiers and so on.
