Depending on where you live, you're able to ride your eBike or eScooter on footpaths, trails and in some cases on the street. Dale was fantastic in assisting me in getting my Focus Jam2 engine fault sorted. I had been to 2 bike shops with no joy in getting my bike fixed. I rang Dale and he said bring it over and let's see what he could do. He talked to Shimano Aust and between them i now have a new engine and problem solved. I would highly recommend these guys with your e-bike needs.

Amazing bikes! Christian and team couldn’t have been more helpful and patient in assisting us. We bought 4 Bolzzen bikes from the range - all different sizes! Fantastic service and caring after purchase as well. We’ve been on several really good rides on the Bolzzen bikes already and couldn’t be happier. Recommend these very highly.

I highly recommend Christian from Macarthur E Bikes. his has all the knowledge about E Bikes. presentation was on point, show room very clean and no question went answered. The honest truth I went to an E Bike store in the sutherland Shire , they recommended I go to Macarthur E Bikes for what I was looking for and spoke very highly of Christian and now I can see why. 150% for customer satisfaction thanks again.

If you look at my reviews i rarely give good ones, but I have never been happier with the service I recieved in my life. I have since forgotten his name but we saw the tall fella and he was nothing but polite. He gave us all the information we requested, and then some. We never felt under any pressure to buy anything which is refreshing as I come from a sales background. This was also the first place we were able to get a feel for what we wanted to buy. Christian and Son had my ncm milano bike perfectly assembled and ready to go, bike is good quality. Fast service and gave me honest advice on what I should pay for a service even if I didn't come back to him. Helped me load it into the car and gave me all the tips on how to use it and maintain it.
