Not a satisfactory job! I contacted Mr Darcy to resolve my complaint and nothing was resolved, causing me to remove my own gutter guard and clean the gutters myself. At my age (69) I don't think this is very acceptable considering people of my age group would be the ones who would be most likely to be employing this service. If I had not gotten on a ladder to inspect it myself It would have gone unnoticed.
