My partner and I visited Mazda, Nissan, Isuzu and Toyota today our goal was to find out about extra cab utes for towing and travelling. Toyota was by far the best one stop shop for our initial research we were able to test drive, quickly discern between models with the giant touch screen, and a get a detailed estimate on finance. Shaun and Sean were informative, relaxed and friendly we had our hearts set on another car before visiting and without being pushy the information we were given has changed our mind.

Recently had to leave my car for over a week to have a faulty paint job redone. Inetialy took the car down to be gone over with a fine tooth comb to make sure all faulty area were covered. Was then submitted to Toyota who deemed it was thier responsibility so booked the car in to coinside with my trip to John Hunter Hospital. Bob from the service department was terrific & fitted in with our plans especialy as we lived over 2 hours away. He arranged a curtesy car for us for the week or so they needed to work on my car. Due to work commitments could not pick it up when finished . Was assured no problem

Newcastle Toyota done the worst service for their customers. When I was driving on my way home after got car service in newcastle Toyota, I smelled engine oil from aircon ,then I stopped car and opened engine cover, engine oil leaked everywhere…photos took after that, this is what they done to respond to our trust!!!
