These guys, in Sydney are a great source of car parts, new and used on a variety of cars. I've been using these guys over last 2-3 years and have no concerns on quality and helpfulness when needing advice.

The people at the front desk were arrogant and not helpful. I had to wait around for 20 mins for them to accept payment as they were too busy dealing with people that had entered the shop after me. Quite a hazardous environment so don't bring kids to pick up your part. I needed windscreen blade replacements also, the man wouldn't help me with matching the part. He said I needed to find it myself.l (to google the car and their brands offered) They need to work on their customer service. This would make a massive difference to overall experience. Also, make the payment desk more accessible. Too many

Took my 2007 Commodore VE there after buying interstate. Had it checked and was very clearly explained what needs to be done and what it would cost. Very professional and reasonable. All courteous and polite in dealing and went out of the way to see that it’s done properly. Would certainly take the car there again for anything in the future.
