Services
Top End Mental Health Consumers Organisation Inc (TEMHCO) is not-for-profit and charity organisation in Palmerston. Our drop-in centre gives people living with a mental illness a place to feel safe, build friendships and get the help and support they need. We work with other organisations to make sure consumers and their families get the best possible service.
TEMHCO provides members activities that support and promote self confidence & positive mental wellness. Art and Music Therapy classes are run by qualified instructors with several years experience working with people living with mental illness. Other services include therapeutic sessions with massage, reiki, reflexology, ladies pampering and men's grooming.

I am just sharing from a lived experience perspective! We all can achieve if we can first believe! Don’t listen to the negative talk that life will always be this way! That is a myth and not a fact! If you want your life to change then you need to believe in you! It won’t happen over night but it will happen over time with the help of people with lived experience who understand and know the path you walk. Just have faith in you and if you need more help then go to TEMHCO as we are a consumer run organisation where everyone has had lived experience!
