Universal Fans offers free freight on orders over $250. By default we use a point to point courier, which is in most cases is a very quick service. Please be aware that the free freight promotion does exclude some areas where remoteness results in higher than normal freight costs. To check if you are eligible for free freight simply add all items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

We came to the store certain we were buying specific brand and size, ended up with a completely different option & really happy about the outcome. It was good to see and hear the fans IRL, you just can't get the same information from a website. Adrian was patient and helpful while we worked through the decision. We haven't installed them yet but looking forward to seeing them up!

This is the second time I have purchased fans from Universal Fans in the past 10 years. The reason I returned this time was due to their specialisation, expertise and great customer service. This time I spoke to Adrian who was extremely helpful, friendly, detailed and knowledgeable. Nothing was a problem. Highly recommend this business and if I need a fan in future, this is where I'll be purchasing it from. Their website is also really good as it provides a clear indication of Choice endorsed products.

I recently bought a fan from these guys online and inadventently ordered the wrong extension rod. One day later I got an email from them to let me know, and to help me to change the order before they despatched it. Over the next couple of days, they were super responsive to some queries I had around delivery too. It's been really great customer service - thank you to Peter, Lizzie and Matt for being so helpful and responsive, particularly given that it was the Christmas/New Years period. I'd definitely order from them again.

Adrian was incredibly well informed in relation to wall mounted fans and humidity sensors. He helped me select the right products for the job.
