Very disappointing service.
Limousine broke down on return from wedding, driver blamed the passengers for getting in before driver started engine, how were we to know?
It was a cold night and we asked the air conditioning to be turned down, driver ignored us and closed window between front and back.
We payed extra $50 for a service that was not needed to due to rain, did not get a refund.
Warning, when quoting, they offer full preference service, once they get your money, its best efforts.
