At Goulburn Vet, our mission is simple, we want to make people happy by making pets healthy. Having a sick pet can be scary, getting a new puppy can be overwhelming, and moving house with a cat has its own challenges. Our job is to make vet visits fun for everybody - people included. Expect regular updates during your pet's stay, 30 minute consultations as standard, online booking, and so much more!
To keep your pets healthy we are always pushing ourselves to bring top quality medicine to the pets of Goulburn, and we combine this with the equipment and diagnostic capabilities of the biggest and best veterinary hospitals. If you are travelling, or need the house free from pets, boarding your cat at GVC is a fantastic option.

Services
He started his career in the Snowy Mountains, working in Cooma and Jindabyne before moving to Goulburn in 2018. He is passionate about helping owners to have the best relationship with their pet. That all starts with good dental health, preventative medicine, and plenty of enrichment and exercise. When your pet gets sick, you are in good hands.
Professional and friendly, felt that you treated both us as owners and or dogs with courtesy and kindness. Dr Zach has been a god send for our Labrador Albie. He is kind and you can tell that his staff and himself have a very genuine care for your pet. Zach explains things incredibly well and takes time to help resolve your pets issues.
If your dog or cat has bad breath, it's a sign that there is plaque - a build-up of bacteria on the surface of the teeth. If plaque isn't removed daily it builds up in layers. When these layers harden they are called calculus, or tartar. Gingivitis, periodontal disease, and loose teeth all follow. If you suspect your pet has dental disease, you can book them on for a free check by one of our nurses.
Surgery at Goulburn Vet Clinic is safe and pain-free. We use the most modern equipment and have a trained and caring team to look after your pet before, during, and after their operation. From elective surgeries like speys and castrates, to more complicated soft tissue surgery and biopsies, we are well equipped with the equipment and expertise to operate on your pet when they need it.
After losing his own dog to lymphoma in 2012, Dr Zach developed a passion for cancer care. To be able to treat and cure cancer is a huge privilege and we are lucky to be able to offer this service at Goulburn Vet Clinic. Just as with us, cancer can come in many forms - skin lumps, internal tumours, or blood cancers like leukaemia.

Since moving to Goulburn, making sure we found a great vet was a priority, this place is fantastic they have delt with emergency care and surgery to basic check ups. The team is friendly and they know their stuff.
If your looking for a vet great for price and care genuinely about your furry friend, I highly recommend coming here.

Shout out to the team and especially Dr Zac who performed specialised surgery on my French bulldog’s airways. The team made me feel reassured and that Wilbur would be in good hands. A huge difference was noticed within the first night and has only continued to improve. Wilbur is like a completely different dog, much happier and more full of energy. Thank you so much guys!

Positive: Professionalism
We were very distressed about our labrador’s discomfort and diarrhoea after eating something she shouldn’t. The lovely staff at Goulburn vets quickly investigated the cause and got her back on the right track. Very professional and caring staff. Our labrador is back to her usual boisterous self.👍🏻

London's first visit. The staff were so nice and Dr Brooke explained everything to me. It was so nice to know that London has such a great group of people that will be looking after her moving into the future… from today. As Dr Brooke explained to me, they want the animals that need to visit the vet to feel like it is a good place, not scarey. That certainly happened today. Thank You!!!

Our English Cocker Spaniel, Buddy, had a tumour on his left eyelid. It was aggravating him and causing him to walk into door ways etc. When we took him in for his annual shot, we told Zack, who spotted the problem right away. 5 days later Zack removed the tumour, sent it off for testing. Everything came back clear, and Buddy is now well and truly healed. He love going to see Zack and his team, he gets way too much attention and is spoiled by them. We would not take Buddy anywhere else, they really are brilliant, caring, informative, and thorough. I wish some of our local Doctors were as good as
