When does a washing machine break? The night before you leave town on business. UGH! We have ORHP home warranty but their contractors couldn't be here for a week. I called around and this company was able to fit us in the same day! Whew! Chuck was the technician that showed up promptly. He was courteous, knowledgable, and efficient. Less than an hour later he had it fixed and I am washing those last loads to get packed up for my trip. Thank you so much Deorta Appliance & Chuck! You were lifesavers for me! This is a small mom and pop shop. They have a lot of stock, washers, dryers, refrigerators and stoves. The appliances all look to be in good condition. I have not use my washer and dryer yet, but I could not wait to post how courteous and efficient the whole family were. Mom was friendly, son Angel was professional and gave me a discount, son Brandon was quick and extremely helpful with the delivery and setup. Both boys were very polite and professional, I was very impressed. They delivered my washer and dryer to Visalia on the same day. If you’re in need of a used appliance I definitely recommend

First, they rarely if ever answer the phone, ESPECIALLY when they have your washer. They don’t update you with status and NEVER pick up or drop it off at the time or day they told you. They were a day late with returning our washer and never gave notice telling us it’d be late or when to expect it. As soon as the washer got hooked up it started leaking (not from the hoses) and we called them to pick it up to fix again. They were a day late picking it up and three days late returning us. We called multiple times a day and left voice mails with absolutely no return or update of when it would

Horrible company to work with, Got my dryer from them about 7 months ago which are now paid off. Motor blew out, I have a 1 year warranty on them and they keep ignoring my calls and blowing me off cause they don’t want to come fix it. Do not buy from them!! They will scam you out your money for piece of sh** washer and dryers :) Also cancelled what I had to do the morning they said they were going to come and they were a no show!!

So, I called Deorta Appliance and spoke to Claudia. Who answered the phone with exceptional customer service tone. I’ve ordered appliances from them in the past so I know that they are honest, and hard working. I found out my mother was in need of a refrigerator so I recommended them to her. My mother goes over to look around around chooses a refrigerator she will later buy. My mother tells me about her experience and that she wants to buy a more affordable refrigerator. By the way, they have amazing prices and it comes with warranty. So, I then call Deorta and tell Claudia that I want to surprise
