Services
Brisbane Airport Transfers to the Gold Coast can take approximately 60 to 90 minutes. Transfers to the Sunshine Coast can take approximately one and 1/2 hours to 2 hours depending on the traffic and road conditions at the time. Airport Transfers to both coasts can have delays at traffic peaks which occur between 3pm and 6.30pm.
4 passengers= $180 total (equivalent $45.00 per person), or up to 7 passengers $215 total! Gold Coast Airport Transfers to Surfers Paradise can take approximately 30 minutes. Thanks to the incredible service, care and support of Roy, Barbara and Julian at Express Transfers our daughters were able to make it home safely to the USA from their COVID-19 exodus from Thailand through Singapore, Australia and Honolulu.
It was a challenging and stressful journey overall, but my wife and I simply cannot thank these guys enough for the wonderful care you provided for our daughters during their transfer from the Gold Coast Airport to the airport in Brisbane for their last flight home. Julian was wonderful in shepherding them and making sure that they safely checked-in at Brisbane

In the last week, we ( a party of 5) used Airport Transfers for return trips from Brisbane Airport to Surfers Paradise and couldn't fault the service. Great information and questions answered - (pre-trip) by Roy, plus transfers driven by Steve and Julian - friendly, professional drivers, modern, clean vehicles and they arrived ahead of departure time. I am an event manager and book private transfers for my VIP guests and clients all the time. I have to say the service provided by Express Transfers has got to be one of the best in the industry.
Online booking is simple and easy, changes are responded to very quickly. The drivers contact details are sent to you and your passengers the day prior and the drivers have always been punctual.
The fleet of cars are of a high quality and always clean.
I would highly recommend them.

We are grateful we found Express Transfers as they looked after all of our transfer needs for the entire duration of our Easter Trip,considering it's a Holiday but still they were able to accommodate our requests.
The communication from start of the booking process until the day of pickup.We received an sms & email with driver's name and phone number a day prior to our scheduled pickup,which gives an assurance that they really have a driver allocated for us. Also,it gave us a peace of mind knowing that we can contact the driver directly if in case there are any last-minute changes.

We have been using Express Transfers for several years and I cannot speak too highly of them. Theirs is a family owned and run business, and it shows ... all the staff are totally professional and they are reliable friendly and welcoming. Their vehicles are excellent. We have been transported from the gold Coast to Brisbane airport often, and last night I was delighted to have Barb drive me to QPAC for a ballet concert, wait for me, and then drive me home - thanks Barb, you made my night!

Express Transfers offered my family and I the utmost professional and friendly customer service I have come across in a long time. After missing flights and having to fly to an alternative city, they helped us arrange a private car transfer within 30 minutes. They went above and beyond to help us reach our destination. I honestly couldn’t believe how helpful they were. Having to travel with a child, they arranged a beautiful car, went out of their way to find a children’s car seat and managed to pick us up from Brisbane Airport only 2 hours after my initial phone call. Absolutely outstanding
