I recently purchased seven windows and a door from Integra. We live on a busy road, so our needs were two fold, noise reduction and also thermal performance. Roman and Margo were extremely helpful in guiding us to select the right product for our needs. Communication was always good and we couldn't be more happy with our new windows and door and the excellent customer service we received. We will be adding a second floor next year and we will be going back to Integra to get our windows and doors for that project.

My name is John Mater and I am the treasurer of a block of 16 units in a 7 storey building at 137 Sydney road Fairlight NSW. The building was built in 1962 and all the old windows were rattling and leaking and needed replacement.

Professional and convenient service from Kyle and Stephan. I had 2 leaky sliding windows replaced with double glazed tilt and turn windows. The glass configuration I ordered was 12.8mm Acoustic Laminated / 18mm Argon Airgap / 12.8mm Acoustic Laminated.
After over 30 years living next to a busy main road we can finally relax in comfort in the living room which is now almost dead silent thanks to the new windows.

We were going to import windows from Europe but we went with Integra because the quality of their windows and doors is comparable to European products and their pricing is very competitive. Technically the windows perform well: the temperature in the house is much more stable now, and we can barely hear noise from outside. The windows feel reassuringly solid when being opened and closed. Integra were very flexible when it came to the installation. They worked around the other aspects of our reno and they communicated well with us and our building team. We are extremely happy with the outcome.
