It was my first time purchasing an electric scooter hence my partner and I doesn’t have much knowledge regarding the differences of the product however Corben and Michael has been really good and patience helping us to choose the best scooter for us. We were really happy with the scooter that they have chosen for us based on our needs. Very good service, definitely recommend this place if you’re looking on buying a scooter! Literally the best customer service experience of my life. I hadn't intended on buying a scooter when I went in but Tessa was so so helpful and super friendly. she really spent the time to find out what I needed and what I wanted and I finally settled on the perfect scooter for me. Everytime I go to iscoot, I’m welcomed by the most helpful staff. Everyone is friendly, and make the process of either buying or mending a scooter, incredibly easy. Adele in particular has shown me so much kindness and adds a personal touch to service delivery that stays with you. I had my first service after almost 7 months of riding and loving my scooter from iscoot, and I felt so taken care of. I recommend anyone that wants a fun little scooter with a bit of suspension… to try the kugoo. It’s a fun and fast scooter that gets me from Teneriffe to Southbank twice a day everyday with ease

Great experience at iScoot. Went looking for a kids scooter + had some questions about a commuter scooter. Tessa was amazingly helpful and really knew how to interact with my son and win him over (he's often shy). She was able to provide great advice and a test ride of a commuter scooter without any fuss at all too. Would definitely recommend iScoot.
