Katy Sullivan is the Northern Territory's and one of Australia's most qualified technicians specialising in clinical cosmetic procedures and advanced medical laser treatments. With over 17 years experience, and a team of dedicated professionals, her clinic is the leader in cutting edge laser and cosmetic procedures, using the latest equipment and highly qualified staff.
With so many options and so much advertising telling you what to do, it can be confusing to know what is going to work best for you and your skin. After the Northern Territories first lockdown ended on Friday I called ABI wanting to book a last minute treatment (Steam temple and 60 minute massage) at first they didn't have any time that suited my availability however within 30mins they had a cancellation and rang me straight back. Communication is top tier.
I booked my desired treatment at the requested time.
Saturday was my last day visiting Darwin so i wanted to have my treatment and then go straight to the airport.
I arrived at the clinic on Saturday a few minutes early as requested, not long after filling out some consultation forms

4 and 1/2 stars. A wonderful experience.
The Spa massage was lovely. The staff are professional accommodating and work at a high standard. The rooms were very clean. The decor was stylish and modern.
I felt very pampered and very relaxed.
Suggested area of improvement is the post massage relaxing spot. It was not very relaxing. I would suggest clients are offered a quieter place to sit post massage. The training adverts on the TV were too loud, could be muted or exchanged to relaxing visual images ans music instead. Perhaps consider a more dimly lit, relaxing, less clinical space after Spa treatments

I've had an enjoyable experience every time I have visited Spa lotus. The girls are friendly and welcoming. I had my eyebrows and lips tattooed by Katy and she is the best. I absolutely love what she has done, I would definitely recommend her for cosmetic tattooing. She knows her stuff and is an absolute pleasure to be around. I was looked after well and the experience was as relaxing as it could be. Great place, clean, professional and experienced staff. I am planning my next visit already.

The staff is professional. Yuki is great for the massage. Brooke and Adeline do the best face treatments. And Katy is a truly outstanding woman. If you would know how much international studies she's done and experience and knowledge she has, you would be shocked. She's mostly doing the clinical treatments. The consultation is free :)

My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing Indulgence Day Spa Package. Our masseuse were very attentive and professional. We both thoroughly enjoyed our indulgence and thank Katy & the her staff. Just one little aside for future clients; explain that they will need extra knickers to wear home after having the steam experience, or alternatively you could supply disposable knickers. We'll be back next time we are up north. THANKYOU.
