We can regas your air conditioner, we use a high quality gas which lasts a lot longer than other brands like hi-chill. You can usually tell when it is running out as the air conditioning unit does not push out as much cold air as usual, getting it checked and re gassed can save you money in the long run, with new compressors running into the hundreds.

I would definitely recommend Frank G Berrimans, the staff went above and beyond to fix an electrical misfire and were able to quickly sort out a blue slip for my car registration which was due. Paul and Declan were very professional and extremely friendly. They did a great job and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely one of the best mechanics on the Northern Beaches :)

Having just arrived from Western Australia I needed to have my Toyota checked to change the registration to NSW. My daughter suggested Paul and Declan at Berrimans.
I made a booking and, sure enough, Paul talked me through the process, then thoroughly inspected the vehicle and provided me with the appropriate certificate. That was not the end of it. Paul then removed my WA number plates, pointed me to the motor registry and said “leave your vehicle here and when you come back I’ll put the new plates on”.
My daughter’s children and husband always go to them and now I know why.

These guys helped me out when I got my new set of plates from NSW Service. All the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. They fitted my plates in no time at all and didn't charge me a penny. I will be looking to use these guys in the future for any out of warranty repairs I might need. Only negative is that they are Liverpool fans but we can't all be perfect! 😉

They went beyond what I was required by helping me find appropriate insurance and walking me through the process to register my car. Absolute legends - I’ll be visiting these guys for all my car needs moving forward!

I never leave reviews, EVER, but my experience with the mechanics at Frank G Berriman was incredible. I needed urgent help and Paul and his team did everything possible to assist. It was raining, I had kids to collect and I was in a panic. These guys treated me with incredible kindness, quickly helping me and charging a very reasonable rate (I tried to offer more but Paul refused it). As a woman that knows NOTHING about cars, I felt completely comfortable and looked after by these guys. Thank you Paul, I now have a regular mechanic that I can trust!!!
