Between Christmas and NY Eve these guys weren’t trading and were still advertising for same day delivery. For several days I tried to contact them by phone and mail but to no avail.
Got a a refund eventually with a “Sorry about that”

The flowers for our daughter’s 20th Wedding Anniversary were lovely. BUT…… when I ordered them, for 29th December, you took all the details, and took the money, then on 29th December I received an email, to say that the Freshwater shop would not be open until 4th January!! Why could you not have told me when I ordered?. Granted you did ask if I still wanted them delivered on 4th, or a refund, but it was then too late to re order somewhere else, for that day. I was very upset, especially as we have not seen our daughter and her family for 3 years 3 months, due to Covid.

The fresh fruit & flowers basket delivered what was promised & what was shown in the photos. So incredibly happy with the product & also the same day service (on a Saturday too!). I sent the same gift to two separate people, & both received the same excellent gift & service. Thank you! The country cottage flowers I ordered to send to a friend in mourning on the central coast was a little disappointing - I was expecting it to be a little larger, but my friend was still happy with the gift.

I needed to organise an urgent delivery of flowers on a Saturday afternoon. After ringing many florists and getting no answer or they were unable to deliver, I finally rang Fresh Flowers and Gifts. The gentleman was so friendly and professional and helped me with all the details to get the birthday delivery to a dear friend on the South Coast. Very happy with this company.

Service and flowers were amazing from these guys - 5 stars no problem.
I arranged late the night before and they were delivered early the following day.
I have a lot of family living in the Cairns/Palm Cover area so am sending flowers / gifts regularly and I've used a number of other suppliers but never been as happy as with these guys. I will definitely be them using from now on, and highly recommend.
