From the beginning the service was excellent. Scott, our Design Consultant, took the time to listen to our needs and step us through the process and his drawings and suggestions were on point. I would particularly like to commend our Supervisor, Phil. He was always available to us, if he missed our call, he would call straight back.
How much does it cost to extend your home? The galleries below feature second storey extensions in different price categories. While cost is dependent on the scale of your vision, you can be assured that our architects will design to your budget. We will then provide a fixed price build quotation that includes all costs we know will be required, including council fees and building inspections.
Prices for a first floor home addition vary depending on size, materials, finishes, design, and other factors. Cape Cod provides a fixed total price quotation which covers the required documentation, inspections, approvals and of course the construction itself. Cape Cod have just finished our renovation and we couldn't be happier. We've renovated a few times and they are by far the standout. Super professional, things ran on time, and any issues were handled with customer service at the forefront. The most impressive thing was how they handled the inevitable differences that arise during a big renovation. We would thoroughly recommend them.
