Greencap's on-site and mobile laboratories are accredited by the world-recognised NATA in Australia. Greencap has the largest network of NATA-accredited Asbestos Testing Laboratories in Australia. Under WHS Regulations the only way to confirm the presence or absence of asbestos within a material is for a sample of the material to be analysed by an accredited/approved laboratory.

Rang on the 11th Nov 19 and left a message with their lab , rang on the 12th , rang twice on the 13th left a message with lab , left a message with secretary .. none got back to me .. gave a days grace.. I have today the 15th rang back twice to speak to a supervisor ... knowing the options now on phone #4 then #4 again bevause I have had to ring back so often but this time no one will answer at all .. It is a specialised field they do and there are not many around that do what I need BUT this is absolutely pathetic and disrespectful ..
They must have that much work they don't need to return calls
