I never expected to be making this post so my pictures are mainly horrible selfies from various moments on the journey. My journey started when I was 17 years old and weighed only 44 kilograms but I had a driving passion for fitness and self-improvement. I wanted to get strong and athletic! So many people now days say to me "you must have good genetics".

I have been training with Simon for almost 2 years now . One of the best trainer and nutritionist I have found so far . He helped me achieve my goal in 16 weeks . I have followed his diet plan, had 2 weights sessions a week along with intermittent fasting . Highly recommend this legend . Truly transformed my life .

I first went to see Simon back in 2018 after completing a weight loss challenge at my local gym. I was scared that once the challenge was over i was going to revert back to my old unhealthy ways but I knew I couldn't continue to live on the diet plan provided in the challenge as it was incredibly restrictive and frankly - not very enjoyable.
Simon was fantastic - he provided a new detailed meal plan to calculate/track macro's with lots of options (all food was based off my meal choices). I found this easy to use and easy to stick with. I still use this meal plan 2 years down the track and regularly

Simon is one of the most passionate and knowledgeable nutrionists around.
Over the years I have dealt with a number of health professionals, and out of all of them, Simon was the one that helped me achieve the greatest results. His meal plans are highly catered to individual needs, they are easy to follow, and are enjoyable...meaning youre more likely to stick to them.
Aside from his expertise and ability to get results, Simon is a down to earth guy and very easy to get along with.
I would highly recommend Found My Physique to anyone who wants to achieve their health and fitness goals.
