In this introduction, I wish to tell you about my medical training, experience, philosophy and approach to your care. I will include some personal details, my reasons for integrating nutritional and environmental medicine into my practice and what to expect when you come to visit me.

I recognize each patient as an individual with a unique set of personal circumstances- genetic, family history, environment and lifestyle- all contributing to their current health profile.My treatment programme is tailored to your individual and specific requirements. An accurate and complete diagnosis is essential to my approach, so my first consultation usually takes 1 to 1.5 hours.

In my Holistic General Practice I attend to all the day-to-day routine and common health care issues we face in our daily life. In addition, I apply my special skills, training and expertise to dealing with complex metabolic problems, which are often not understood by conventional doctors.

One of the common misconceptions in medical practice is the notion that the only effective way to treat the numerous health problems we face in our community is through prescription drugs.Although they are often appropriate and effective, these medications do have their limitations, which range from allergy, side effects and toxic effects, to inadequate symptom control.
Our practice has a high quality hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber providing a powerful therapeutic modality. In hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a patient breathes a higher concentration of oxygen in a pressurized chamber. By bringing more oxygen into the bloodstream, the treatment has been shown to enhance healing in a range of diseases.
The wellbeing of our children has a vital influence on the success of future generations. Children should be encouraged to adopt sensible nutritional and physical practices, which will form the basis of healthy habits in adult life. There is growing published evidence that a large proportion of Australian children do not receive even the minimum recommended amounts of essential vitamins, minerals, proteins, essential fatty acids and antioxidants.
Many people struggle with maintaining a healthy, protein-enriched food intake, especially when in a hurry or away from home. Most convenience foods we may reach for when hungry are high in salt, sugar, processed fats and simple carbohydrates, which are full of empty calories and provide only short term relief.

A Holistic Doctor who will not accept people that aren't vaccinated so he's actually not holistic, beware! he was extremely rude when I spoke to him on the phone.

Dr Sztulman has been managing my fibromyalgia since 2012 where no other mainstream GPs or Specialists could even begin to fathom how it starts & how to treat it without chemical medications. Dr Sztulman has so much knowledge & experience & has a wonderful sence of humour. Highly recommended 👍👌😁
