I used this service after checking on the internet. I rang and left a message which was replied to the following day . Eventually an appointment was made at 7 am on a Friday morning. The plumbing work was done and as far as I know is OK . I received a bill later the same day which was paid by direct debit except for a transmission error. I omitted the GST so I got a message stating that I had to pay the balance of $33 in 6 days. I felt that for such a small amount perhaps a discount would have been appropriate. However apparently not . I will use someone else next time. I have already been referred

Trent installed a new hot water system at short notice between Xmas and New Year very efficiently. We then had a problem in May when there was suddenly no hot water. He came around within 1 hour and discovered it was a problem with SA Power Networks as their electricity meter had failed for the hot water J tariff. Great service and help
