We service washer and dryer appliances from all major brands and travel within the Greater Brisbane region. Our service charge covers your call-out fee and all labour, however this does not cover replacement parts if they are required.
In most cases we can establish over the phone whether parts are likely to be required for your machine and will provide an approximation of costs prior to booking an appointment.* We carry a wide range of spare parts so that most faults can be repaired on the spot, however we will provide a quote on any parts that may need to be ordered in for your particular machine.

Highly recommend Alan for looking after your misbehaving washing machine! Upon calling Alan in the late PM, he told me he could see me the next day which was great - I wasn’t in a hurry, but I took advantage of his speedy response.
He was polite, courteous and fixed my misbehaving tub quickly. Even offered some tips for the future to keep everything in good working order.

Absolutely brilliant service from Alan, and amazing value. I'm so glad I called him to repair my Fisher and Paykel washing machine, rather than buy a brand new one. He completely dismantled the entire machine to find the problem (a piece of clothing entangled in the pump) and after putting it all together, he waited for a load to complete to make sure all was ok. Highly recommended!

After arriving home from holiday we discovered that our washing machine didn’t work. Did a search on Google and found Alan and read the reviews. Rang Alan and got a call out price + parts, well within the industry standards, turned up the same day as discussed fixed in 30 minutes, perfect.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Alan! I will be recommending you to everyone I know! Let me preface this review by saying that I am the least practical person on the planet... As a sole trading dog groomer, running my business from home, I get stressed out easily when any of my equipment fails. And of course, these things usually happen to me on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday! So when my dog dryer stopped working mid-dry this morning, I immediately freaked out. Alan was very courteous on the phone, and very accommodating time-wise, agreeing to come out and have a look just a couple of hours later

Great service from Alan. Returned my call promptly, was polite on the phone, came only a few hours after I'd called (on a Saturday, for no added cost), identified the problem and had the new part installed within half an hour.

Alan was excellent - would strongly recommend for washing machine/dryer repairs. My machine had been playing up for 6 months or so - Alan was able to diagnose the problem in under 5 mins, and even had a spare part on hand to repair instantly. He stayed to observe the machine on a cycle to ensure it worked - which it did. He was very friendly.
