I was forced to deal with these people in order to gain access to a site to complete a job assigned to me. I have now wasted in excess of a full day (including a visit to site) and been waiting a full month to be no closer to getting on site than I was last year. I found the telephone support operator (Pegasus) to be condescending, obstructive and not at all helpful. After a full day's effort and a month of waiting may I suggest that your systems and process are not suitable for professional service providers requiring site access for a couple of hours once a year to repair or maintain laboratory
