All of the one star reviews are absolutely correct. They do not wear masks and I have been to the dealership three times. As they record all premises, I am sure they have there own proof of no employees wearing masks what so ever.
The reviews are also accurate about shoving warranties down your throat. After you purchase the car and warranty, they REFUSE to take off warranties claiming it is not possible. Even then, they took off 2 warranties and refused to take off the rest of the warranties when the customer has the legal right to request for it. We were told they will lose money if they take

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I just bought my upgraded Truck from this location and I would recommend them highly. Not the typical "Used Car Salesman" type, they are down to earth and honest, yes honest! I dealt with Shaw and Sonny. When I picked up my truck today it was very quick and easy, not like some other places I have been to. Shaw ever surprised me with an amazing bouquet of flowers!

We purchased a Nissan Qashqai for our daughter. This was her first car and the service and interaction with the staff was honestly the best. I could not believe how fantastic everyone was. A huge shout out to the entire team but in particular to Shaw Naeem who went above and beyond to make this happen and even bought my daughter the most amazing bouquet of flowers to congratulate her. I honestly cannot thank the team at signature cars enough. I spent months looking for my next work truck and called and met with several dealers across Ontario and I can say that none of them were as honest and easy to deal with as John Tahhan.
