I'm so sorry and disappointed to say this but if you want a lawyer to get back to you in a timely fashion, this is not the law firm for you.
I so badly wanted this law firm to work with me to get outcomes I needed but was met with silence each time. It never went beyond the secretary or the paralegal. Nobody responded to a simple question such as do we still have a contract in place or is there any works getting done on my behalf.
I just find it so important to be able to build upon a strong and great professional relationship. Instead I felt like an unvalued customer who wasted her time for

I worked with the spire team on a property matter. I was extremely happy with the service. They were responsive, honest, helpful and above all professional throughout even against a background of rapidly changing circumstances. If you need to engage a legal team, it's likely you already have too much stress in your life. Rather than adding to that stress, Spire law were able to reduce it without costing the earth. I strongly recommend the team, and will certainly use them again in the future should I need their assistance again.
