Went to the Brook for husbands birthday with our daughter son in law & two granddaughters. Lovely friendly & attentive staff. Food & service was very good. Loved how there was colouring for the girls to keep them occupied & they enjoyed doing their “masterpieces”.
The manageress who served us was very friendly & helpful even came running after us through the car park to give back a necklace one of the girls left at the table.
Thank you for a most enjoyable night we will definitely be back.

Unfortunately Gluten free meal was contaminated with croutons. LAURA the assistant manager was extremely apologetic. I've had a bad reaction. Not the way we thought our anniversary dinner would go. Laura was very good and we did not have to pay for our meal. I'm sure the staff member will read his dockets more carefully in future. Allergies are extremely serious.

We visit The Brook as a family fairly regularly. It's conveniently located close to home and it's (usually) easy to park outside - which is handy with the kids in tow. Food-wise, it's very good value. We are creatures of habit and often go for the same things - the kids choose from the (great value) kid's menu (which includes a drink and ice cream) and I usually go for steak. The only reason I haven't given The Brook five stars (well, there are two reasons, actually) is I once had to send a steak back because it was a very poor piece of meat - but the staff addressed the problem professionally

Recently held my birthday celebrations at The Brook Bar and Bistro and from the moment I first made contact with Lisa, I was impressed. Phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and provided me with the information I needed. I wasn’t made to feel like I was being too much and my requirements were met. On the night, we asked to make some changes including the location of our tables and this was done with zero fuss from the manager that night. He was very accommodating. The platters and pizzas were delicious, huge and gluten free as requested! The atmosphere was great, the music was fun

Whenever we are in the area or staying close by it's definitely the best place to watch the footy and have a decent feed. I had the Southern fried chicken but added the buffalo sauce instead of the Aioli. It was crispy, juicy and not oily. I prefer my burger to drip sauce onto my chips so it could have had a little bit more sauce. Better to have too much sauce than not enough in my opinion. Definitely would have again with the Buffalo sauce.
