We had numerous other tradesman decline our job due to it location as the floors were in a difficult to get to area. Paul was open to ideas and we finally came up with a solution together. Paul from Designerfloors was flexible and got our job done earlier than scheduled. Our newly polished floors look amazing, just in time for Christmas. Paul polished our concrete floors as part of a major renovation.
From first contact Paul was very professional and happily answered any questions I had.
We booked a site visit for a quote. Paul arrived on time thoroughly explained the process and our options and provided a quote on the spot which was promptly followed by a written quote.
We had no reservations about accepting his quote.
Paul arrived at the nominated time each day and completed the job in the quoted time.
His machinery is very modern and I was surprised by how little dust there was during the process.
