Fully owned by Viral Kodinariya who remains active in the day to day operations. Every single logistical problem I have bought to Viral and the team he has provided a solution for every time. I'm new to all of this so I was very scared about trusting anyone with my orders, I'm trying to deliver bottled water to 10 different minesites each week. But I am very pleased to say that I cannot fault the service whatsoever. Every shipment is made on time as requested.

WLA has a rare combination of can-do attitude and customer service that enables them to gain new customers (me), while delivering all that one would expect from a mature 3PL at fair market rates. Other 3PL's had turned me away because my business is too small, but with WLA, and Viral's direct interest in me as a customer, I will grow and I will remember who was there when I started.

I am the founder of a Not for Profit Org, Restore a Smile Inc. I received my shipment of Sanitary Pads for disadvantaged schools girls (PadsforProgress Campaign), during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was a crazy time for everyone. I did not organise storage prior to the shipment arriving as the sanitary pads were due to go to schools immediately. Because of the lock-down this was not possible. Like I said we are a not for profit, and did not cater for any extra costs like storage. Viral from Warehousing and Logistics Australia, did not even meet me but offered for the entire shipment to be stored
