A Specialist Orthodontist is the most qualified person to diagnose, prevent and treat any problems you might have with the alignment of your teeth, jaws and bite. For this reason most dentists refer these types of problems to Specialist Orthodontists as they are outside their scope of work and ability.
In 2001 Dr Pitsis was one of the first 6 orthodontists in Australia to be first accredited to use Invisalign. These ceramic braces are clear and represent the latest, most efficient and discrete braces available and therefore very popular for adults or older teenagers. The location is convenient being in the CBD however even if I didn't work in the city I would still go out of my way to choose Dr Pitsis for my Invisalign treatment and would recommend Dr Pitsis to my friends and family who are interested in getting that perfect smile!

After having orthodontic treatment at the age of 12 - 14, over the decades my teeth had moved around a bit, and I also developed a bit of a jaw issue.

Very satisfied with my Invisalign experience with Dr Andrew Pitsis and his team. After initially going to one of Sydney’s most renowned cosmetic dentists for help with fixing some minor crowding and giving me a broader smile, I was quoted $35k for 8 porcelain veneers, which in addition to costing a small fortune, looked terrible after the acrylic mock-up was fitted. They made me feel comfortable & put all of my doubts to ease. Their patience with me was incredible.
I have never been happier with my smile & the fantastic work that has been done! Never in my wildest dreams did I believe my teeth could look as good as they do now.

I got quite a few opinions before getting my braces and based on recommendations from friends who had previously worked with Dr Pitsis I chose to do my treatment with him. I'm really happy with the care I've received from Andrew and his team throughout my treatment over the past 18 months or so. Andrew is very skilled and meticulous, and takes great care with adjustments at each appointment. The whole are team are professional and efficient - and it always feels like such a warm and friendly place.
