The two photos speak for themselves ! The team at this company is very helpful , understanding and professional ! I hit it off with the lady over the phone from word go , then it was smooth and loooong sailing after that 😅 but worth the wait ! Highly recommend especially if you need something custom made !

What a refreshing place to do business! This is one of those places you had wished you found earlier. Customer service tremendous and when you deal with the owner who has been in the industry for over 35 years, you know your on a winner. Highly recommended: make this your first stop if your considering a pool or spa.

Pool was installed about a month before Christmas, awesome team, great knowledge, always willing to help or answer questions. Bob cat Brad and Brayden installed the pool quicker than expected, unbelievable, started digging in the morning, pool was in that night, next day was connecting, filling water and sand edges. Pool Equipment Brad came around after and talked through everything. Water testing at the shop the ladies are fantastic, go home with a page saying exactly what to do for adjustments.

Never again and don't recommend. Misinformation, no communication and quoting against final figure was way off the mark. If you are in the market for a pool this is not the place you want to go stay well clear. Go elsewhere. The answer from the owner below is not at all the truth. I was not consulted nor did they stop.

I recently sold my house which had a beautiful thankfully with help of Bay Pools she was pristine. I am now currently looking at another pool or spa maybe both from Bay Pools. The only reason why is I have had so my h success and the s service by the sales team is impeccable. I totally recommended Paulene and Bay Pools & Spa a very honest professional outfit.

Worst experience we could have had purchasing a refurbished pool . Serious lack of communication, other than chasing me to close the sale I had to chase them for updates on installation schedule . Installation supervisor was swearing his head off in our backyard and we have young kids . Once installed my wife sliced her toe on sharp fibres coming… through the newly applied coating and their response was to hand me a scraper and some sandpaper and when I said I was going to complain I was basically threatened with an extra bill and basically called a liar by the manager who claimed I never

I have been going to Bay Pools and Spas for about 8 years now ever since they put my pool in. I have always had great customer service from all the staff and thay have always been friendly and happy to help. ps (and im loving the s200 robotic cleaner you sold me two weeks ago things a beast).
Highly recommended and if i ever move I will go back to these guys again for my pool 100%

The best diggers who were very efficient and hard working. (Forgot name)
Brad the pool equipment guy who set everything up and got everything working spot on.
The tiler and the fence guys were very reliable and good communication.

Would highly recommend this company, they beat all other prices by a long way (including the company we had been using for the last 8 years) to replace all equipment including a robot cleaner after our pool was refurbished. Then installed it all in the purchase price which others quoted extra.

Terrible customer service. Rude onsite manager and admin woman just as worse, like being spoken to like a toddler. Installed a pool and recommended a certain pool heater, to which they had no idea what they were selling. Refuse to take responsibility on this and told us we were stupid to think it would heat up during winter...isn't that the point of purchasing a pool heater?
