Bellarine Caravan Sales

We ordered a van from Bellarine Caravans, from interstate in Jan 2020, after doing all the research etc. Stressed from getgo that due to work commitments/leave scheduling we needed to know if any delays as we were driving 1800ks to pick up. Dealings with main salesperson abysmal "you don't need that"?! Stuffed up plans, selections etc. Thought it was finally sorted .... 1 & 1/2 weeks from pickup I rang THEM & found out no chassis. So they rushed the build, was a total hen-up, wrong colours, terrible finish, paid-for extras not included - eg no pillow top mattress "oh just buy a matttress topper

I purchased a Blue Sky Van in 2019 and unfortunately haven't had time to use it very much. I took it Bellarine for it's 1st service and received absolutely brilliant service. Shayne and the workshop guys were really easy to deal with. I lost the plug for the kitchen sink and after looking locally (700km's away from Geelong) and having no luck I contacted Shayne at Bellarine. Nothing was too much trouble, "I have one here I'll sent it today", he said. I received it today, fits like a glove. Again exceptional service, I would have no hesitation to go back if I was to buy another van. This is exceptional

Bought a Blue Sky Fairhaven, the caravan is very good and we are happy. Next time we buy it will be direct to Blue Sky, Bellarine salesman had little knowledge, inaccurate advice, offered no options yes not one (I'm sure his boss would be happy with that), absolute no assistance at all during colour picking in fact we had to find the box in the office for the laminex and splashback samples on our own, he was far from interested once a deposit was paid, found to be quite rude under questioning on aspects, one would expect a caravan salesperson to know ins and outs of all aspects,

We bought our Bluesky Fairhaven 8 years ago. Never a problem with the van that they didn't happily sort. We're about to buy another one. Fantastic van, fantastic company. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Have bought 2 vans from Bellarine Caravans. I cannot fault the staff here. All very friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful, especially Roger and Paul. Vans are good quality and reasonably priced. I cannot recommend Bellarine Caravans highly enough! 👍

One of the best experiences we have had buying anything, Ian was exceptional with his service and when we went to pick the van up David gave us a run through that lasted 1 1/2 hours! All this on a secondhand van, we expected just to pay for the van hitch up and go but they went above and beyond our expectations with the sale and service they provided. I would not hesitate to recommend the gents at Bellerine Caravans for a used or new caravan. 5 stars from me!!

Found the van we wanted, only issue it was in Corio and we are in Sydney! Ian at Bellarine was amazing and went through every detail of the van via Video Call. We arrived in Corio on Saturday morning and as explained the van was amazing. Dave guided us through all the vans appliances and how to use them, as well as receiving a printed guide to take with us. These are the guys you want to deal with. We would have no hesitations in driving 9 hours again when we purchase the next van. Thanks to you all at Bellarine. Grae and I are so happy and can't wait to get away for our first trip.

The thing that lets down a lot of caravan manufacturers is after sales service. Just look at the FB group Lemon Caravans before you buy a van.
Bellarine are on your side if it you have to approach the manufacturer for some problem, as I did. They will do the right thing, communicate with the manufacturer & endeavour to rectify the issue... keeping the consumer in the loop & happy.
