Moving is already a stressful experience and smoothmoves just took the pressure off. I had issues with timing of the move due to covid but Chris just made it so easy to change the time of my move and was so understanding.
On the day there was a mix up with our time commencing and I unfortunately had to turn the staff away because of strata by laws and it wasn’t an issue. They were efficient and cautious with the furniture, polite and considerate of their surroundings. Thank you Luca and Marcel for being so patient with us arriving late to the final address and making the move so easy.

We had a really good experience with Smooth Moves who were recommended by our real estate agent when we sold our house recently. We contacted Chris at Smooth Moves at ridiculously short notice to see if they could remove some furniture the following day and put it into storage during our sale. Even though they were fully booked, Chris worked some Magic and got us a slot at 7am next day. Two lovely Brazilian chaps turned up, so friendly and polite and efficient and removed everything quickly and efficiently, taking care not to damage paintwork etc when taking big heavy items like a sofa bed down
