Awesome experience! My friend and i hired a camper-van for 9 days. It was fantastic!
Great pre departure communication with Britz, easy to make changes to booking, the van had everything we needed to have a relaxing and good holiday! We hired a van that sleeps 4 people for just the two of us so we had additional storage space. We will use them again and the staff who checked us in was lovely as well.
Only thing that was a small issue was that we had to refill their specific gas bottle on return, rather than simply replace it. We had to drive around to 6 petrol stations before someone would do

Having travelled 4,980 kms over 21 days, the navigator Susan Veen and I climbed to the top of Mt Kosciuszko, brought in the New Year with great friends in Wangaratta, watched the fairy penguins at Phillip Island, drove the Great Ocean Road, photographed the amazing 12 (now 8) apostles and other incredible scenes, panned for gold, went down a gold mine, visited a Tibetan Temple, were amazed at incredible silo and street art and even checked out a POW camp and Japanese Gardens, and did many other amazing things, we are finally home. Reflecting on our travels, would we do it again... In a heartbeat

THE best way to see our own country! Due to border closures we were restricted to NSW and Victoria but we had the best time. We got the 6berth motorhome for 2 of us and it was the perfect amount of space for 2 1/2 weeks on the road. There is a number to call if you have ANY problems. The motorhome drives like a normal car. You’re also entitled to 10% discount on Big4 and G’day Caravan Parks. The staff were helpful on arrival and departure and we’re now looking at buying our own because the experience was so good!

We hired a Maui van from here and it was awesome. We drove around the south NSW coast and a little Inkand and back to Sydney via Braidwood and Goulburn and LOVED it! The van performed beautifully and everything worked as it should. The driving was simple, as was the filling and emptying of water etc.
I suggest to go for the chairs and table and I’d recommend the insurance for piece of mind.
We had no issues and will be back to hire again!

Phenomenal experience, wonderful and helpful staff at reception. Van exceeded our expectations. Drove beautifully and included all the luxuries we needed. I'm looking forward to our next hire from this company. Brilliant service and quality van. We really enjoyed having the solar panel which meant we very rarely needed a caravan park unless we wanted to use the air con.

Great experience with two young kids for the first time. I’d never camped before but everything was a lot easier than expected even for the 6 berth frontier we rented. The whole staff was super easy and accomodating as we have to change our dates. Jen at the branch was a real superstar, full of advice and really made did set us off to a good start!
