Very poor customer service, I rang twice to clarify the product I wanted 600mm dust control metal.mop, they had two brands under $50 on their website and confirmed the availability by phone. But when I went all the way to Brendale, they only had the plastic one not the metal and it was expensive than other stores. When I said that I was sold $68.20 to $65.95. I was disappointed. I may not go again.

I have purchased many products over the years from Cleanx and have found not only the products that were recommended for my purposes worked really well and were first class, but the front of house team work hard and are well presented in their appearance. The staff here are extremely rude and made us feel uncomfortable because we returned to have equipment looked at after there was a fault. We had only had the product five weeks. The staff were reluctant to help, saying we should buy a new one. After persisting they finally agreed to fix it after phoning a manager. On return to collect the repaired product (after a very rude phonecall advising I can pick it up whenever in a very unfriendly tone) they advised there would be a $10 test and tag fee as the technician "may as well tag it when checking for faults". I have been to many cleaning supply businesses in my time as a commercial cleaner and Cleanx Cleaning Supplies would have to be the best.
They stock everything you need at reasonable prices.
Friendly and very knowledgeable staff.
I have been dealing with them for several years and have no intention of changing.
