Our Behavioural Optometrist, Robert McQualter, regularly attends conferences on children's vision to make sure he has the latest information. We ensure we maintain the latest technology in eye care so we can detect eye disease as early as possible. We have the latest OCT, retinal imaging and visual field technology.

Staff were very nice, I saw this Optometrist by the name of Robert, he was very nice and polite. Answered all my questions and didn't try to sell me glasses I didn't need, better than my visit to OPSM. Will be booking my next appointment there.

Just sold my mother-in-law new glasses after telling her she needed a cataract operation which she'll have done in the next couple of months.....clearly a money-making exercise. Shame on you for taking advantage of older vulnerable people. I'm disgusted.

I’ve been with Lakeview Eyecare for many years now and their service is first class. I realised this more so, when I decided to temporarily divert my eye care to Specsavers in 2012...big mistake. Returned immediately to Lakeview and have remained with them ever since. Quality of service is paramount and Lakeview Eyecare certainly deliver.😃

If I could have rated a 0 score I would have. I don’t think this business has any understanding of “customer service”.
Cancelled an appointment as the optometrist was sick, fair enough, but laughed through the entire phone call.
Turn up to the re-scheduled appointment time and they tell me I got the time wrong and have missed the appointment. No I didn’t get it wrong, maybe the girl was too busy laughing instead of writing in the corrext appointment time. Poor service, will not be attempting another appointment.

I had metal in my eye from work, doctor tried to get it out and the next day it was worse, came to lakeview eyecare and he removed it in about 5mins with less pain, absolutely famtastic, its now the day after and my eye is almost back to normal, highly recommend!!!
