The Banner Lady have been a breeze to work with. From start to finish they have been incredibly helpful and the process is so simple. The staff are amazing and so friendly. They sent samples, kept me up to date with the order over the phone and on email and just generally went above and beyond with getting our order across the line.

Very unhappy !!! Our 6 Bali flags only lasted 10 months before they started to tear & fade. When I emailed photos I was told by Lyn they were not the flags they supplied to us, very rude. After I supplied more photos to prove that they were The Banner Lady's someone else called and told me I was lucky they lasted that long in Townsville's strong elements. Suggest you make consumers aware they DO fade in the sun within 10 months and maybe are more suited for indoor use.
