If Google allowed me to give more than 5 stars, I would. We had two air conditioning units installed in our house via Innovation Air and the whole experience was great, right from the beginning to the end. Jim is very professional and knows his business well. He listened to & answered all our questions patiently and came up with brilliant suggestions. His quote is very reasonable and he has great work ethics & quality. We are extremely pleased doing business with Jim/Innovation Air and very happy with the work done. Highly recommended!

Jim is the real deal. They removed a dying air-conditioner unit and replaced it with a brand new Mitsubishi Heavy Industry ducted system in a single day. More importantly he was kind enough to explain what/why he was doing throughout the entire process which gave us a lot of reassurance. Super professional and a joy to deal with.

Jim and the team at Innovation A/C were awesome. The before and after sales and service was great, so easy to deal with. More importantly, their work was of a very high standard. Once the job was finished the clean up was immaculate. Jim was referred to us by some friends and we paid it forward by referring Jim to our neighbors ... all 3 of them! It’s great to see trades people so proud of the work they do, Jim and his team certainly fit this mould well.

Recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jim from innovation air for my recent air conditioning installation in my unit. From my initial call, through to his initial visit to generate a quote and then to the final installation, Jim and his team were prompt, clear and thorough in their communication with me. I had a multi head unit installed due to having a small balcony, and the quality of the work was outstanding. Jim and the team from Innovation Air have been excellent with my recent domestic install. Jim is very friendly and professional at all times. We had a custom unit install, and unfortunately received a DOA unit from the supplier. No fault of Innovation - on the contrary - Jim was straight on to it by contacting the supplier and getting the situation sorted in quick time. Would highly recommend Innovation Air.
