On 3-Dec-2021 Troy came with a Teupen aerial lift I used for removing the bunches of flower heads from the tall cordylines after they finished flowering. We have on our property: 2 groups of ~5 plants about 8m tall for which I had been using a ladder in previous years. The Teupen was amazingly versatile and could easily reach all these finished flowerheads from only 3 positions. It felt very safe. Troy's help with this process was essential and appropriate. I recommend Teupen and All Tree Solutions for tree-work at height.

Very happy with the service and price. The trees we wanted were removed with no issues but they were also happy to get rid of three other smaller ones which were not originally quoted for. While the "spider" was here we got them to clean the lichen off our iron roof and this was also done to a high standard. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

Generally happy with their work (except I was getting trees cut because of concerns about them falling on the house and they left one because it was over the fence... putting it at greater risk of hitting the house... they called to ask whether i wanted OTHER trees not in the original quote cut down, but not those two). Significantly underquoted the job (2.5 vs 5.5 days) despite coming to look before quoting. I'm not debating how long it took or should have taken, just that it was so underquoted. I also specifically asked if them taking or not taking the felled trees away would affect the cost
