We had a fantastic experience with R.J. Lock and Security. We drove 3 hours with 3 kids and a dog to our OC condo to find out our keyless lock stopped working randomly. I called the R.J.'s because they had 5 stars. They were so kind and helpful. They were here within 30 minutes. He was able to quickly get us into our condo. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I went outside to check the mail. I was supposed to be out all of two seconds. Luckily- I had my phone with me so I could catch up on emails as I walked down the driveway. Unfortunately for me- my rager of a two year old wasn’t happy that she couldn’t come. She slammed the door as I walked out, hard. The front door shut and was in the locked position so I couldn’t get back in. The spare was still sitting on the counter from the last time I got locked out. I called them after losing the last transponder key to my personal truck. I had their number because they’re also the only approved locksmith for the organization I work for (since before I even started). Lisa fielded the call amazingly and the very next day Mike came out and got it fixed for exactly what I was quoted.
