Was travelling up north in WA when I ran into Craig (the owner of the Canning Vale and Myaree branch) after I had some battery trouble with a bad terminal. He fixed the issue in minutes and was happy to help, would definitely recommend this place for the amazing service and attention to detail.

The service was friendly but I was very disappointed with the dirty fingerprints left behind on the cream interior of the car, by the technician. It took me over an hour and a half to clean the leather trim and seats.
In addition, the final cost was $340+ (33%) more than the original estimate. I was anticipating slightly more than the original estimate but not 33% more.

It’s a rarity I might say, to come across an individual and a business which exhibits the very highest levels of integrity. Individuals represent businesses and in this case it’s Craig. I shall not say much, but the way he dealt with me showed extreme honesty, fairness towards the customer and that only takes away any doubt of how the business functions under his care. This is in tough times, for a lot of us , and his actions only showed his awareness and sensitivity. Thank you Craig.
