URI provided an excellent analysis to confirm there was a fault in my NBN connection including speed testing. This was superior to Telstra efforts using text messaging and prolonged delays. NBN does not communicate with customers directly and Telstra seems to no longer provide an opportunity to speak with someone. URI filled the gap and service now restored.

These guys are great! I was Googling for a PC repair service but didn't want to hire someone from a franchise that has technicians of widely ranging ability. Fix My Tech actually solved my laptop problem over the phone for free. I was so thankful that I drove to their shop to have my laptop "tuned" for a small fee. To be honest, I didn't know what tuning a laptop meant, but it now works faster and better. Part of the tuning involved cleaning out malware remnants that my high-quality anti-virus software couldn't pick up. SO glad I found this shop!
