Each 'Stan' is special and unique, with distinct languages, cultural traditions and landscapes. You'll be blown away. Our concept is simple - a small gang of like-minded women seeing the sights, cities, villages, deserts, and mountains worth seeing - and avoiding the tourist traps.
Explore during the day, sleep well at night. If you love hiking and adore getting off the beaten path (but still enjoy creature comforts!) Note: Don't have someone to join you? Most of our bookings are from solo travellers. We can easily match you with another group member to help you avoid paying the private supplement.

Took the plunge and took off on the Adventure of a lifetime. The Patch tour hosted an excellent agenda, knowledgeable enthusiastic (and all round fabulous) guides, delightful food and hotels that got better and better. I would definitely look to go away with Patch Adventure again. I have been impressed with every interaction, everytime.
