Welcome to Flawless Beauty by Penelope, established in 2012, a feminine Boutique Beauty Salon in Canberra City. A one on one studio that is designed to offer an extensive range of customised beauty treatments in a space that is private, hygienic and all about relaxation and client satisfaction. Client's enjoy the whole studio to themselves without having to worry about anyone else coming or going.

The salon has a voicemail - please leave a message, you will always get a call back during trading hours. Please follow the salon on Instagram to keep up to date with everything that happens daily. 24 hour's notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is appreciated. If clients arrive 10 minutes or more late, they have missed their appointment and will need to rebook.
The salon has one treatment room and one beauty therapist, group bookings are only for makeup. At least 24 hour's notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is appreciated. Cancelling, rescheduling on the day is a big NO NO as the appointment time cannot be filled with such short notice on the day and in fairness and respect to other clients waiting for appointments and fairness and respect to a small business owner.

Penelope always exceeds my expectations with my spray tans and I can't get enough of the eyelash lift and tint. My lashes always look so long and dark. Penelope is Canberra's go-to beauty therapist for eyebrows (and good manicures too!). When I moved to Canberra I was nervous about finding a good beauty therapist, particularly for eyebrows.

Over the years Penelope has always offered warm and professional service and took extra care throughout lock down periods to ensure missed appointments were rescheduled at her earliest availability. I recommend her services to anyone looking.

A beutiful, relaxing, high quality experience. This is by far the best manicure and pedicure I have ever had. The products used are high quality and the difference can be felt. Penelope is an absolute gem, she is friendly relaxed and highly experienced. My feet feel extremely smooth and soft and my nails look gorgeous.

The pedicure was wonderful, my feet look and feel great. Nail colour selection is very big. Almost hard to pick just one colour. My lash lift and tint is definitely something I will keep doing with Penelope. My lashes look outstanding.

Family/baby friendly.
As a first time mum I wasn't sure if I'd be able to continue on as a client of Penelope's because there is no lift access. Penelope was lovely and offered to assist eith bringing baby stuff up the stairs (if needed). I think this will be helpful for the rare occasion when Im unable to secure a babysitter.
