Established in 2004, we are a team of hair stylists and makeup artists committed to not only making sure your hair and makeup is amazing, but providing our clients with the best experience possible. Kylie established Reveal: Hair & Makeup in 2004. Kylie is a make-up artist (Elly Lukas College) and hair stylist (Swinburne), specialising in formal and up styles.
Whether its just for one, or a huge group, we'd love to hear from you and provide you with a quote for your hair and makeup. Prices below are a guide. We LOVE Spring Racing Carnival here and how better to start your day at the races than to have your hair and makeup professionally done in your Melbourne hotel.
Have pictures of styles that you like either printed or ready on your phone etc. Generally only one or two hair styles will be attempted at a trial so its important to have a clear idea of what you are looking for. The only thing (other than decorative things like hair accessories) that we suggest you have yourself is your lipstick.

Kylie and her team are amazing! Very skilled! I was so happy with my hair and makeup on my wedding day. I also had many compliments from friends and family. Jessie and Kylie were punctual, friendly and accommodated to everyone’s likes and dislikes etc. Kylie was easy to communicate with during the lead up to the big day. I seriously felt so at ease with Kylie and Jessie. I will definitely be using reveal hair and makeup for my next event and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Wonderful in every way. Kylie and her assistant came to my parents house and did my daughters hair as a flower girl, and my sister and my hair and makeup. My sister as a bridesmaid and myself as the bride. I wanted a more boho look with long hair extensions, Kylie was more than capable of getting the very long hair extensions in, and styled perfectly. I was a little wary of the makeup look I wanted to try because I'm not one for heavy makeup, and I wanted a more 'glam' smoky eye look. Kylie just made it perfect. I felt like a princess!

Kylie and Jessie were amazing on my big day. Very professional and had us all looking absolutely stunning. I felt and looked flawless all day and some of my girls were still wearing their lashes in the days after. Reveal Hair & Make Up were fabulous! They did the hair and make up for me and my two bridesmaids for my wedding in November 2017. Everything was perfect, it was hot like very hot so the make up creased a little but we were sweating so couldn’t be helped. Nether the less everyone looked stunning and the atmosphere was relaxed and we enjoyed having Jessie and Kylie there with us on the Day

So professional, so talented and so lovely! Huge thanks to Kylie and her team for doing the hair and makeup for my Wedding Day. They did the most amazing job and I would have no hesitation recommending her :) I had clip-in hair extension put in and Kylie diligently curled them to perfection! One of my bridesmaids had very short hair, but the Reveal ladies braided, pinned and hair-sprayed it into an impressive bun which looked as authentic as one of the girls with longer hair!! We had an absolute ball with these ladies getting ready for my wedding in March.
In total there was 7 of us for hair and make up, plus 2 flower girls.
Kylie listened to what we were after and also made her own suggestions (for me this was great, as i wasn't exactly set on what i wanted) & they totally nailed everything (hair and make up) & all in 5 hours!!!
Our hair and make up lasted all day/night - even till the next day!

Amazing! Myself and my two bridesmaids had Kylie doing our hair and Jessie on makeup. Such a relaxed and fun way to get ready - it was like having your friends help you get ready. So many fab comments on the hair and makeup... makeup looked amazing (especially the eyes) and our hair stayed in place the whole afternoon and evening. Would recommend to anyone!

Kylie and Ally were perfect for my wedding day. From the first contact with Kylie I was immediately impressed. The website is a great resource for all things wedding. A few days before the wedding she even calmed me down over the phone when I was starting to get nervous about a bridesmaid. On the day itself the girls were great company and made us all feel so relaxed and taken care of. Everything was timed perfectly and in fact I was ready early! Kylie and Ally were also able to meet our one styling request of having hair ups that didn't make us look bald! I look back on the day just over a month
