FIX Carpentry & Handyman was founded by Dave Morley, an American-Australian carpenter with over 15 years' experience in the construction and maintenance industries. As an intentionally small business, FIX aims to be large enough to serve the most demanding of commercial clients, while remaining small enough to consider the needs of the individual home owner.
We don't use advertising gimmicks, salesmen or any other middlemen, which means that we can pass the savings on to our customers, and equally importantly, ensure an open, direct line of communication at all times. We specialise in ongoing scheduled maintenance contracts, but are equally happy to tackle your one-off project, or to assist your company with subcontracting services.

We offer comprehensive strata maintenance services for apartment blocks and complexes throughout Sydney. From regularly scheduled cleaning, grounds maintenance, and bin service and general handyman and carpentry service, we are happy to meet your maintenance needs. Unlike most other strata maintenance providers, we do the work ourselves rather than using subcontractors, effectively cutting out the middleman to save you time and money.
