Charlie and Linda at the Hair X went above and beyond to organize my new hair extensions having moved away from tapes after 9 years the team were super professional at the consultation going through to find the perfect match. They were very accommodating when I realized I messed up my appointment day and we’re super helpful moving the date. When the time came Charlie was incredibly informative and really was a pleasure to spend the day with. When my sister was going to get married, I left some colour in my hair for too long & lost heaps of my hair. Linda was recommended to save me, got extensions done & have not looked back.. My sister celebrated her 15th anniversary recently so thats how long I have had them & CANNOT live without them... No one knows I have them... & I am not telling....My hair is very very fine so the extensions are a god-sent!!. The extensions are always finest quality human hair that has not damaged my fine soft hair in any way over these years....the only problem is have every time I get my hair redone is wanting
