Fibrelgass pools are smooth and have no sharp or rough edges on the sides or floor to cut your hands or feet on. Concrete pools are rigid and do not flex. After thoughtful consideration and after giving ample time to this company to finish their unfinished job, I am sadly writing this review so other don’t get into the same mess. I got fiberglass pool installed by these guys, knowing little what I was getting into. They will make big promises when you sign the initial contract and afterwards, no clear explanation of anything, no proper paperwork on completion or any handover. Once they receive their payment, they stop answering calls!!! Getting pool Installed by Joe was a big mistake and I now have to pay extra to get everything organised and running
